Becoming a Member
As a 501c3 organization, the Sebring Historical Society, Inc. relies on membership dues and donations to keep our doors open. As such, we receive no special funding or grants to offset costs. Your membership and/or donations will help continue our ability to serve the community and Highlands County in future years. But that’s not all… our members enjoy access to the full website, opening the doors to a vast array of digitized collections, photos, books, and much more that are not available elsewhere. In addition, members can view all issues of our quarterly publication, The Historian. Its pages are “jam-

Membership dues apply the calendar year (from January 1st to December 31st) in which they are received. Although membership applications are welcome at any time, applications received after October 1st will be gratefully accepted for the remainder of the current year as well as toward the coming year.
To join, please print the Membership Brochure and submit the member information section along with the appropriate amount. Checks should be made payable to the Sebring Historical Society. All donations above the cost of membership may be deductible as charitable contributions.
